A return is one document.
The evidence goes further.
A tax return draws on accounting records, transactions and judgements. Readiness work helps your team understand how selected reported figures are supported and which explanations or records remain incomplete.
If an authority request has already arrived, share its scope and stated response date at the outset. We assess the assistance, authorisation and specialist input required before accepting work; no statutory representation role is assumed.
A clear scope.
Purpose behind every step.
Scope & request assessment
Establish the tax, entity, reporting period and any authority communication or deadline.
Return-to-record mapping
Trace selected return figures to the agreed accounting records and workings.
Evidence organisation
Collect relevant contracts, invoices, reconciliations and explanations within scope.
Gap & inconsistency review
Identify missing support, unresolved differences and matters needing further assessment.
Response preparation
Help draft factual explanations and organise supporting schedules for authorised review.
Handover & follow-up
Record submitted information where included, open queries and responsible next actions.
Useful findings.
Clear reporting.
A structured evidence file
Selected positions and reported figures connected to their supporting records.
Questions identified early
Gaps and judgement points organised for management and specialist discussion.
Defined response support
The preparation role, approvals and communication responsibilities agreed.
This service is not an FTA audit and does not guarantee that no assessment or penalty will arise. Formal tax-agent representation, objections, litigation and legal advice need separate authorisation, verified eligibility and scope. Relevant deadlines must be assessed promptly.
Bring the requirement.
We’ll map the records.
Relevant tax returns and workings, general ledger, supporting transaction records, reconciliations, prior correspondence and the complete authority request where one exists.
Before work begins
We clarify the reporting purpose, scope and intended users.
Fees and timing depend on complexity, record readiness, access and the work agreed.
Any independence, eligibility or appointment requirements are considered before acceptance.

03 / Local jurisdiction context

Specific questions.
Straightforward answers.
Can you guarantee that we will pass an FTA audit?
No. We can review agreed records and help prepare information. The authority makes its own findings under the applicable rules.
What should we do if an FTA request is already open?
Provide the full request and response date promptly through agreed secure arrangements. The team must assess capacity, authorisation and any urgent specialist needs before accepting the work.
Is an error correction or voluntary disclosure included?
Not automatically. Findings may require a separate assessment of the appropriate correction route and timing before further work is agreed.
How do we get started?
Tell us the service required, company jurisdiction, reporting period and deadline. Our team will discuss the scope and the information needed before an engagement is agreed.
Tell us what you need.
