A return is the outcome.
The detail comes first.
A tax return should connect to the accounts and the workings behind the tax position. Missing schedules or unresolved accounting items can create questions late in the process.
We establish the period, review the available records and agree the preparation, approval and submission responsibilities. Information gaps and significant tax positions are discussed before the return is finalised.
A clear scope.
Purpose behind every step.
Period & profile review
Confirm the relevant tax period and registration details.
Records assessment
Identify the accounts, schedules and missing information needed for the return.
Computation coordination
Connect the return to the agreed taxable-income workings.
Disclosure preparation
Prepare applicable return information and schedules from the records supplied.
Management review
Explain significant positions and obtain approval of the proposed return.
Submission & records
Coordinate authorised filing and retain the agreed return and acknowledgement records.
Useful findings.
Clear reporting.
A prepared tax return
Return information and applicable schedules assembled for review.
Supporting workings
An organised file linking the reported position to the agreed computations and records.
A clear completion record
Approved return information and submission evidence where filing is included.
Return preparation relies on complete records and management approval. Tax payment, corrections to earlier periods and additional advisory work are included only when expressly agreed.
Bring the requirement.
We’ll map the records.
Registration details, financial statements, trial balance, ledger, tax computation, related-party information, prior returns and any relevant elections or FTA correspondence.
Before work begins
We clarify the work, reporting period and the information your team needs.
Fees and timing depend on complexity, record readiness, access and the work agreed.
We agree record access, approvals and how unresolved items will be handled.

When is a Corporate Tax return generally due?
The FTA states that returns and tax payments are generally due within nine months of the end of the relevant tax period. Confirm the period and any applicable special instructions for your entity.
Does no tax payable mean no return is needed?
A nil liability does not by itself remove a filing obligation. The registration status, entity and applicable rules need to be assessed.
Can you help if the accounts are not ready?
We assess the gaps first. Bookkeeping, reconciliations or financial-statement preparation may need a separate scope before the return can be completed.
